Meditation and Medication has been my motto for the last 16 years . I have struggled with bipolar disorder and in my world help and stability means more than just one thing.
I know for a fact how far you go with mental illness depends on your mental and emotional well being, social well being, physical well being and last but not least spiritual well being.
If i talk about physical well being that would include besides food and exercise medication and spiritual well being would encompass meditation. I have as a person positively responded to these two things i.e. medication and meditation and this has helped me explore and strengthen other aspects like emotional well being and social well being.
I feel from deep within that medication has helped my brain chemicals and meditation my inner being. Now one may ask whats the connection? Answer to this question can only be received if we connect the brain to the soul or the spirit.
RECOVERY IS A SQUIGGLY LINE NOT A STRAIGHT LINE.
